About YACreates
Established in 2015, YACreates is a black woman founded creative business focused on hand and digital craft.
The name is a combination of the founder Yejide Adeoye's initials plus the word 'Creates'. It was developed as such to provide limitless creative ideas to flow through the business whether they are products or services.
Based in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, YACreates combines workshop and studio spaces with a retail outlet showcasing the work of nine UK-based makers from the African and Caribbean diaspora, creating a hub for community, innovation, and cultural representation.
